All bookings depend on availability, and in certain situations, we may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Customers who wish to cancel or reschedule their booking should contact us at least twenty-four hours in advance. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds. While our staff take the utmost care when handling your vehicle, AutoSpark cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damages or for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle. We recommend that customers remove valuables before arriving for their service.
