However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of service received, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can review your concern and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a free re-service or partial refund at our discretion.
For product purchases made through AutoSpark, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
